INDOOR ACTIVITIES

Woodwork: within our designated workshop you can help to produce bird tables, bird boxes, planters etc using recycled wood and paint them too!

Baking: Help to make delicious soup, cakes, biscuits, home made Jam and much more in our own well stocked kitchen.

Music: Join in with a variety of musical activities which include singing, dancing, playing instruments alongside visiting musicians.

Exercise:Start your morning off with some gentle exercise, whether it be sitting in a chair or for the more confident person you may like to stand. Whatever your ability our staff are there to support you. 

Pamper Room: Relax and chill whilst enjoying a selection of calming person centered therapies e.g. reflexology, hand massage, nail painting, foot spa and a wash and blow dry.

Games & Art Room: Enjoy a game of pool, new age kurling, indoor bowling or table tennis with friends! Get creative with flower arranging, painting & drawing, model making and colouring.

Reminiscence: We regularly host reminiscence sessions delivered by our own trained staff or visiting guests.

Socialisation: You may choose from a selection of board games, puzzles, group quizzes and discussions. We also hold mini movie & musical afternoons.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Our courtyard seating and tables enable you to relax in the fresh air should you choose or participate in an activity of your choice.

Woodwork

Woodwork: Dedicated heated woodwork studio where you can join in with different projects using recycled wood.

Gardening: Do you enjoy pottering around in the garden? Help us to maintain and grow our raised vegetable. flower beds and hanging baskets.

Outdoor Games: Stay active with a variety of games which include putting, skittles and basket ball.

Outings: (currently suspended due to Covid-19 pandemic)Included in our costs, we are pleased to offer the use of our own minibus to enable you to access local places of interest. We take regular trips to venues which include: the Broads, museums, National Trust houses, seaside, local churches and garden centres. You are welcome to bring some spending money to purchase tea/coffee, cake etc should you wish!
